The Lebanese Children’s Bible
From Genesis to Revelation, created for Lebanon’s children.
A new Bible for Lebanon’s children
The Lebanese Children’s Bible
The Story of Scripture, From Genesis to Revelation, in Lebanese Arabic
From Creation to Revelation, we are bringing the great story of Scripture to life for Lebanese children through clear storytelling, beautiful illustrations and the Lebanese Arabic they already understand.
“To disciple a nation, we must begin with its children.”
A complete illustrated children’s story Bible in the language Lebanese children already know and understand.

The story behind the project
Walk into Barnes & Noble or almost any English-language bookstore and you will find shelves filled with children’s Bibles. There are picture Bibles for toddlers, first Bibles for early readers, illustrated story Bibles, family Bibles and devotionals created for nearly every age.
Lebanese children do not have that same abundance in the language they speak at home.
Most Arabic children’s Bible resources are written in Modern Standard Arabic. Lebanese children may learn formal Arabic through school, but it is not the language they first use to talk, play, laugh, ask questions or listen to stories with their families.
For a young child, that distance can make Scripture feel like a difficult lesson to study rather than a story to read and enjoy.
We want to change that.
We are creating a complete illustrated children’s story Bible that takes children from Genesis through Revelation in clear, natural Lebanese Arabic: the language that already feels like home.
“Children should not have to cross a language barrier before they can understand the story of God.”
Why language matters
Lebanese Arabic is the language children hear when their parents comfort them, when grandparents tell stories, when friends play together and when families gather around the table.
It is the language of childhood, relationships and home.
When children encounter the Bible in that same language, they can focus on understanding God’s story instead of first trying to understand unfamiliar vocabulary and formal expressions.
Stories written clearly for the way Lebanese children naturally process language.
Beautiful words and illustrations that help biblical truth remain in a child’s imagination.
A Bible children can read with parents, grandparents, churches and friends.
Partner with this project
One gift helps bring the whole story of Scripture to Lebanon’s children.
From Genesis to Revelation
The Lebanese Children’s Bible will guide children through the complete story of Scripture: God’s creation, humanity’s fall, God’s covenant promises, Israel’s history, the prophets, the life of Jesus, the birth of the church and the promise that God will make all things new.
Approximately 120 to 150 carefully selected stories, teachings and passages across some 250 to 350 illustrated pages: a comprehensive children’s story Bible rather than a word-for-word translation of every verse.
Creation, the fall, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Joseph.
Moses, the exodus, the law, the tabernacle, Joshua and the promised land.
The judges, Ruth, Samuel, David, Solomon, Israel’s kings, the prophets, exile and restoration.
The birth, life, teachings, miracles, death and resurrection of Jesus.
The Holy Spirit, the apostles, Paul’s journeys and the spread of the gospel.
The message of the New Testament letters and God’s promised restoration in Revelation.
What children will receive
The biblical narrative from Genesis through Revelation.
Clear, natural Lebanese Arabic that children can understand.
Full-color scenes that help children picture and remember each story.
Bible references showing families where every story comes from.
Simple questions that help parents and churches disciple children.
A hardcover Bible, downloadable edition and online reading experience.
The finished Bible will be a professionally designed hardcover edition with a parent and church reading guide, plus a downloadable digital edition and an online reading experience. The first printing will be 500 hardcover copies.
AI-assisted, human-led
Artificial intelligence will help our team organize the biblical narrative, develop early story drafts and create illustration concepts more efficiently. This will allow us to undertake a publishing project that would otherwise require a much larger budget.
But this Bible will not be created by AI alone.
Every story will be written or rewritten by Lebanese writers. Every sentence will be reviewed for natural Lebanese Arabic. Every passage will receive biblical and theological review. Every illustration will be selected, corrected and prepared by human artists and designers.
Technology helps organize stories, explore age-appropriate wording and accelerate early creative work.
Lebanese writers transform early drafts into warm and engaging stories for children.
Pastors and theological reviewers protect biblical meaning, accuracy and context.
Artists maintain consistent characters, correct visual errors and prepare every illustration for publication.
AI will help reduce the cost. Lebanese believers will remain responsible for every word and every image.

For Lebanon’s next generation
We dream of placing a beautiful children’s Bible into Lebanese homes, churches and classrooms: a Bible that begins with Creation, ends with God making all things new and tells the story in words children can understand.
This is more than a publishing project. It is an investment in the faith of Lebanon’s next generation.
To disciple a nation, we must begin with its children.
